Do I need an account to download free models?
No. Free models can be downloaded without logging in. An account is needed to buy models, use Pro, bookmark and write reviews.
What is the difference between free and premium models?
Free models are available to everyone. Premium models are marked with a crown. You can buy a single premium model for its own price or download it with the Pro plan.
How does buying a single model work?
Choose “Add to Cart” on a premium model, check out, and download it from your Purchases page. Each model has its own price.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro gives you 20 premium model downloads each month. You can choose monthly billing or yearly billing, which saves 17%.
How is the Pro download counter calculated?
Each new premium model you download counts once. Downloading the same model again in the same month does not use another download.
Which file formats do you provide?
Every model includes STL. Premium models can also include formats such as OBJ, 3MF, Blender and FBX. The formats are listed on each model page.
Can I use the models commercially?
Models are for personal use unless stated otherwise. If you want to use a model commercially, please contact us first.
A file does not print correctly. What should I do?
Try re-slicing with your usual settings and check the guides on our blog. If a file looks broken, use Report a model.
How do I cancel my Pro plan?
You can cancel from your account. Please see our Terms of Use for billing and cancellation details.
